The 5th Book… Our Journey Continues!

In the Amazon... Our Adventures Continue!

Well… after two years of planning, logistics, physical training, travel, research, and writing I finally wrote the last chapter of my 5th book with Lyons Press.

But there’s still a great deal of work to be done before I submit the manuscript to my publisher on November 10th, 2025, which is the 250th Birthday of my beloved U.S. Marine Corps.

(Yes, I always choose dates that are significant for me when I write a book proposal and enter into a publishing contract.)

In Mexico... we Keep Casting Forward!

This has been the most challenging book to write thus far… not only because it entailed traveling great distances to remote locations including Portugal, Baja and Yucatan Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, the Brazilian Amazon, the Rio Paraná in northern Argentine and the Argentine regions of Patagonia from north to south…

... but also because I have challenged myself to write an ultimately compelling, hopeful, and uplifting story in the center of the self-inflicted and destructive storm we are currently experiencing and hoping to survive.

This for me has been truly challenging but I believe I have met that challenge and hope that when this book is released in September of 2026 you will choose to read it and you will be touched in a beautiful and meaningful manner by the experience.
